ASPIRING ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR
I’m Mona Riyaz, an aspiring ecommerce coordinator with a fresh perspective and a sharp eye for detail. with a strong interest in the analytical side of ecommerce; digging into data, getting the details right, and understanding what drives a product forward. I’m a fresher, but I’m focused and eager to keep building from here.
Don’t let the fresher title fool you
Honestly, I didn’t plan to fall into e-commerce , it just clicked. Once I started understanding how a product listing works, how a title can make or break a sale, and how the data behind it all tells a story, I couldn’t stop paying attention. That curiosity is what drives me.
I’ve worked with Amazon Seller Central, getting hands-on with product listings and learning what actually makes a product get found. I’m someone who notices the small things, a description that’s too vague, a keyword that’s missing, a detail that feels off. I don’t just skim the surface. I sit with it until I understand it.
I’m still building my experience, and I’m honest about that. But what I bring right now is focus, genuine interest, and the kind of attention to detail that most people skip over. My goal has always been simple. To understand e-commerce from the inside, and to keep getting better at it every single day.
What i bring to the table
I’m not coming in with a portfolio of five years. I’m coming in with fresh eyes, real focus, and the kind of honesty that makes working together easy.
Product Description
Writing
I help writing descriptions that make people buy. Ever read a description and understood nothing? I make sure that doesn’t happen.
Data Review and Reporting
I turn confusing numbers into simple answers you can actually act on. I turn confusing to understanding without leaving any detail unnoticed.
Content Proof Reading
I make sure to catch the small mistakes before your buyers do. I make sure whatever content you are uploading is perfect to the dot.
Competitor Analysis
I study what others are doing, so you can do it better. What others had to take years to figure out, i gather and make the most efficient plan for you.
Market
Research
I find out what buyers are actually searching for, their pain point, before you spend time and money on the wrong thing.
Product Upload and Management
Uploading a product sounds simple until you’re three fields deep and not sure what goes where. I handle it properly from the start.
Why trust me?
You must be asking yourself, why should I trust a student with very little experience? And that is, without question, a completely valid concern. In a field where results matter and time is valuable, it makes every sense to question whether someone at the beginning of their career can genuinely deliver.
I understand that hesitation, and I respect it. But I’d like to offer a different perspective. What I may lack in years, I make up for in focus, commitment, and a level of attention to detail that I believe sets me apart. From the moment I was introduced to ecommerce, I didn’t approach it casually, I approached it with the intention to truly understand it from the ground up. I studied how product listings function, how search algorithms respond to keywords, how data tells a story when you know how to read it, and how every small detail in a listing contributes to whether a product gets discovered or gets overlooked.
I am not here to simply occupy a role ; I am here to learn deeply, contribute meaningfully, and grow consistently. Freshers who are driven, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in their work are not a liability. Given the right opportunity, they are an asset. And I intend to be exactly that.
My experiences
Product Ranking Improvement
After completing the initial product listings, I took the process a step further by reviewing how those listings were performing in Amazon search results. I identified which products were not appearing as prominently as they should and analysed the possible reasons, whether it was a title that wasn’t keyword-optimised, a description that lacked depth, or bullet points that weren’t communicating value clearly enough.
Content Proofreading & Quality Check
Before any listing was finalised, I conducted a thorough review of all written content, checking for errors, unclear sentences, inconsistencies in tone, and inaccurate product information. I treated proofreading as an essential part of the process, not an afterthought, because I understood that a single mistake in a listing could quietly cost a sale.
Self-Directed Learning
My journey into ecommerce has been largely self-driven. Beyond hands-on project work, I have independently researched ecommerce best practices, studied how Amazon’s search algorithm works, and stayed informed about trends in digital commerce. I approach learning with the same seriousness I bring to actual work, always looking for ways to connect theory with practice and continuously building on what I know.
Data Analysis & Reporting
I reviewed product performance metrics, identified patterns in the data, and translated findings into clear, plain-language summaries. Rather than presenting raw numbers, I focused on making the data meaningful, highlighting what it was saying, why it mattered, and what steps could be taken in response. This reinforced my belief that data, when read carefully, is one of the most powerful tools in ecommerce.

A product listing is the page on Amazon or any marketplace that displays your product — including the title, images, bullet points, description and price.

Keywords are what buyers type to find products. Without the right keywords in your listing, your product simply won’t appear in search results.

Real. I have hands-on experience with Amazon product listings, keyword research and data analysis through an actual trading business project.
How do you handle tasks you haven’t done before?
I research, ask the right questions, and figure it out. I don’t wait to know everything before I start I learn by doing.
What makes you different from others?
I pay attention to the details others overlook. I show up with full focus, ask questions, and don’t stop until the work is right. That is not experience, that is character.
